In any case the company will not be liable for any accident, death, injury, loss, claim, damage, any special punitive, including its members, employees, representative, directors, affiliates and subcontractors, which is caused by either the usage of our website or through the received information, even if a party has been advised about the possibility of such damages.
In no circumstances shall our total liability to you for all damages lose and causes of action including but not limited to negligence arising from this agreement or your use of our website exceed the amount paid by you to HoneyDoHanger.com for the order or request.
Return & Refund Policy:
If you found the delivered product faulty or not printed according to the specification, then you need to inform the company within 3 business days after receiving your order. As the boxes are customized and therefore, are not qualified for resale so we will reprint your original order but don’t offer a refund of money. Defect analyzing will be done by the management team. To receive the reprint of your original order you must need to submit the original pictures of the defected product and need to send the defective products to the company by using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprints of your order. Defected products are not intended for your use. Accelerated orders have charges which are non-refundable.
Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations
All mentioned prices on our website are in U.S Dollars (USD), and transactions will be done in the same currency. Our team will start working on the project once the company will receive the total cost of the project which includes taxes, shipping, design etc from any potential source of payment.
Placement of the order also require the user of our website to approve the electronic final specification sheet of the printing products or the services they have purchased. Your order will be process once you are sure what you have ordered from us and after the final approval from the client following jobs will be processed in production. Once the job is approved and forwarded in production after no changes can be made in anything like time frame, design etc. However you can cancel the order with in next 4 hours after the final approval of the job. The cancelation will be charged you $25 and 10% of the order amount. The user also have the option to cancel the order within 12 hours of the order placement and 35% of the order amount will be charged just to cover up the material and resources and manpower company has invested in producing your product. Company do not guarantee that your order will be cancelled after the 12 hours.
Design Services:
HDH & Lone Star Consulting offers free design support for our clients, however if the order is placed and design services are offered by the company and later client wants to cancel the order, the design services will be charged according to the time and services, the company has provided. Also HoneyDoHanger.com do not offer refunds or adjustments for any designs service orders. The client accepts to not cancel the order pertaining only to design service.
Sales Tax Policy:
We charge Sales Tax on orders received from within the state of NY. If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax exemption certificate at the time of order placement.
Customers Submitted Artwork/Files:
Our designers upon receiving the artwork from the customers work to create new designs. The artwork or graphic files must be at least 300 dpi and in CMYK format in order to get the maximum quality and fine final results.
The customer will be solely responsible for blurred, exaggerated or any thing not deemed fit, arise due to the artwork/graphic files provided by the customer in formats other than the CMYK, or in fonts, format or sizes other than described in this section.
Custom Packaging Pro, while taking every precautionary measure to avoid loss of our customers, however the customer will be responsible, after placing an order, should there be any difference in the final production and Custom Packaging Pro shall not be blamed for that. Moreover Custom Packaging Pro is not responsible for the loss of your printed orders.
The Customer ensures that the material whether graphic/artwork or any text provided to Custom Packaging Pro for either reference or to be used in the production, is customer’s property under the law.
The company reserves the right to decline an order which in our opinion is considered as unlawful or violates third party rights. When you place an order as customer, you accept compete liability of the material created on your directions.
Customer Packaging Pro reserves the right to decline any order without specifying a reason, neither, Custom Packaging Pro print any abusive, offensive or unlawful material.
Proofs and Color Accuracy:
Once the order is confirmed by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the final form of the product or services submitted electronically or hard copy in order for the company to proceed for final prints. The customers are solely responsible for the final proof, so it is hereby advised to examine and update the final proof before the order is sent for printing. Custom Packaging Pro doesn’t take any responsibility in delays in printing caused if customer is not able to provide the final proof, moreover the standard turnaround time as mentioned by the Custom Packaging Pro is the time after the final approval of design and product specification confirmation by the customer.
The customers are advised to thoroughly check the proof, such as expected errors in copy, layout, punctuation, design or errors in spacing or spellings, before agreeing upon it. Custom Packaging Pro is not responsible for the printed version of the products with laminations.
Due to the limitations in printing process, the company doesn’t guarantee the exact color match as specified in the proof or submitted artwork files. While Custom Packaging Pro takes utmost care to make sure that the printing material bears the closest possible color as specified in the artwork or proof, the company will not be held responsible for the matching color, ink, density on the printed products as approved by the customer.
We will guarantee color accuracy and match if you order a hard copy proof from us. Please note hard copy proof will cost you a little bit more amount.
No Liability for Errors:
Custom Packaging Pro will not be responsible as it assumes that the customer has verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.
Overruns Under runs:
It is a standard practice of 5 % extra or less quantity of delivered products, however Custom Packaging Pro ships the exact amount ordered along with an extra amount without any extra costs involved.
Production, shipping and delivery of orders:
The turnaround time on your order with Custom Packaging Pro starts when you’ve paid in full, we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, correct data files, all fonts required for editable form, all shipping info, etc.) & your proof has been approved. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays for which the company will not be responsible. The turnaround time doesn’t include shipping time (which normally varies from 3 to 4 business days). We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed.
